About us

Prior to 1990 the principals visited Florida on many occasions, and in 1990 became involved in the luxury villa rental market specialising in the United Kingdom, the U.S.A. and the Canadian markets initially dealing with professionally managed properties in the Kissimmee area and close to US 192.  With the demand for holiday homes chiefly from the British and Americans, the principals entered the property sales market dealing only through licenced realtors in the state of Florida.  Many homes subsequently purchased and professionally managed were placed into a rental programme.  Over the past 25 years, the villa rental market has grown considerably, and despite the setback caused by the 2006 worldwide recession, the demand for luxury vacation villas has continued to flourish.  The Principals have many new properties available for rental, both long term and short term, in the prime locations in Central Florida close to Disney and the other attractions, and also on the Gulf Coast and the Florida Keys.

The principals have acquired considerable knowledge of the Caribbean over many years having resided in Antigua during which time they visited the Leeward and Windward Islands of Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guadaloupe, Martinique, Monserrat, Nevis, Saba, St Barths, St Eustatius, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Maarten, St Vincent, the Grenadines, and the British Virgin Islands, plus Trinidad, Curacao, the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands.  They subsequently purchased a derelict hotel on Bequia in the St Vincent Grenadines, re-furbished, and re-established it in the travel market promoting it through a feature “Barefoot in Bequia” in Vogue Magazine, at international travel exhibitions including ITB Berlin, and being instrumental in bringing the first cruise ship, the Michael Lermentov, into Admiralty Bay, Bequia.  Since then the principals have visited the Caribbean on numerous occasions, and have also sailed yachts from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands to Antigua via Virgin Gorda, Anguilla, St Maarten, St Barths, Saba, St Eustatius, St Kitts, Nevis, and Monserrat, and also from St Vincent to Grenada visiting the Grenadine Islands of Bequia, Mustique, Mayreau, Canouan, the Tobago Keys, Palm Island, Union Island, Petit St Vincent, and Carriacou.

The principals have spent considerable time in Italy since the 1980’s and offer their expertise for villa and apartment holidays specialising principally in Tuscany, Umbria, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Calabria, but with other locations also available.  For short breaks, the principals only recommend hotels where they have stayed in cities and towns with nearby airports – these include Rome; Florence and Pisa in Tuscany; Rimini and Riccione on the Adriatic Coast; Perugia, Umbertide, Assisi, and Citta di Castello in Umbria; on the Amalfi Coast; and in Capri and Naples.

Since 2006 the principals having made numerous visits to Tennessee, have become conversant with the areas around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Knoxville, and Douglas Lake, and can now share their knowledge with potential renters of properties in these locations.

Property Sales

Since 1991 using licenced realtors with bilingual staff we have specialised in the real estate market in Florida seeking out appropriate properties for our clients requiring holiday homes with the prospects of minimising their operating cost with rental income. We have promoted villa sales in many up-market communities including the Abbey at West Haven, the Sanctuary at West Haven, the Manor at West Haven, Highland Reserve, Highgate Park, Legacy Park, Emerald Island, Oak Point, Thousand Oaks, Bridgewater Crossing, Loma Linda, Clear Creek, Sunridge Woods, Lake Berkley, Florida Pines, Santa Cruz, Hamilton’s Reserve, Villa Sorrento, and Westminster Gardens. We were also instrumental in the total sell-out of a community of 35 luxury lodges close to Pigeon Forge in Tennessee.
In recent years we have expanded our property sales operation to include plots of land, apartments, and villas on selected islands in the Caribbean; villas, apartments, and restoration properties including Umbria, Tuscany, Marche, the Amalfi Coast, and Calabria; plots of land in North Carolina; holiday villas, and custom built homes, many with lake frontage, in Central Florida.
